Do You work with my insurance company?
We work for YOU.
Our job is to repair your vehicle properly, safely, and to your liking. As with all services, you are technically responsible for the bill in full, and your insurance company is responsible for reimbursing you for the services. Much like other insurance coverages (medical, dental, etc) Auto Insurance is the same, our facility doesn't cut corners, so there may be some differences with our final repair invoice to you, and what your insurance company is willing to reimburse at the time of repair completion. You have various avenues to seek full reimbursement, but we will not cave to the insurance company's attempts to save money and shortcut required repairs, or use of inferior parts on your vehicle.
Do you check and recalibrate vehicle safety systems?
We have multiple resources for researching and checking for the required operations and procedures to ensure your vehicle is repaired within the OEM guidelines. We also scan EVERY vehicle before and after repairs, to check for existing conditions, as well as safety concerns related to the repair process. At the completion of repairs, we send vehicles requiring calibration of safety systems to the appropriate facilities to ensure your vehicle is functioning to its proper safety standards when you receive it back.
